It all started when our resident engineer, Chris, spotted a thing of beauty on the rear of a truck in Canada. Next thing, there is one Bike Rack System on it's way to the back of his truck in New Zealand.

Rugged Racks is a Family Owned business, based out of beautiful New Plymouth in the North Island of New Zealand. Run by Chris & Holly, the opportunity to resell the CHANNELLOCK® Rack System came from their own experience trying to make every pocket of space count when packing for their next adventure.

"No Voids"

"No Voids!" has become a family joke, when finding the best way to cram bikes, camping gear, the Kids and the dogs into one vehicle.

The beauty of the Rack System is that it allows us to do this, while still being able to utilise the bed of the truck, and safely tow the caravan without obstruction.
